Planning & Performance Management Analyst

About the role

The Planning & Performance Management Analyst will support Group and Local reporting, contributing to key business objectives. This role offers the chance to work on local, regional and global projects within Zurich's Shared Service Centre in Krakow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, analyze and support monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closings.
• Participate in the monthly GI/GL/EXP management reporting process, preparing and adjusting standard reports and analyses.
• Respond to business queries and prepare ad‑hoc analyses as needed.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across client systems.
• Identify financial issues, define counter‑measures and track their achievement.
• Lead project modules or task forces related to planning and performance management topics.
• Collaborate daily with the team located in Switzerland.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in finance, controlling or cost accounting.
• Academic degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics, Controlling or equivalent.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Power BI and PowerApps.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
