People Development Specialist – Training Administration (Temporary)

About the role

You will be a member of the People Development Specialist (PDS) Team supporting the global network of Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management colleagues. Working closely with the Group Compliance Academy, you will build and administer training programs, manage operational processes and provide reporting services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the global learning platform powered by CrossKnowledge, creating learning channels and training programs.
• Manage training assignments, registrations, progress tracking and learner management.
• Consult with stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to collect requirements and develop simple courses using tools such as Articulate and Synthesia.
• Upload, review, update, test and assign training content, ensuring a high‑quality user experience.
• Resolve queries and issues related to training programs and provide system training to users.
• Report on KPIs such as content utilisation, learner progression and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors to optimise the learning platform.
• Develop and update policies and guidelines to maintain proper governance.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• 1–2 years of experience in learning and development, training management or user‑experience environments.
• Intermediate data reporting and analytics skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when dealing with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Office 365.
