Payment Analyst – German / Turkish Speaking

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Payment Analyst in Warsaw who speaks German and/or Turkish. The role manages the end-to-end investigator and site payment processes, including payment calculations, purchase orders and clinical trial payments, and acts as a liaison between Contract & Centralized Services, other GCO teams and sites.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with business partners in pharma and medtech, answer payment questions quickly and escalate concerns to the right channels
• Prepare startup activities for new studies accurately and on time, and perform payment requests on schedule as defined in the CTA
• Track communications and approvals, reconcile payments regularly and keep audits ready
• Support the Payments Team on country, regional and global improvements
• Help roll out new systems, check data quality, keep training and time reporting compliant and maintain communication tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Fluency in English, Polish and German and/or Turkish; other languages optional
• Preferred 1-3 years of experience in pharma/clinical research, and preferred experience with clinical payment processing
• Excellent written and spoken communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in cross-functional and virtual teams

Required skills

• Working knowledge of PCs, MS Office suite at a minimum
• Data quality checks and use of payment metrics

The potential base pay range is PLN 79,000 to PLN 146,700 per year, depending on qualifications, location and schedule; incentives and benefits may also apply.
