Operations Engineer – Document Lifecycle (Hybrid, Łódź)

About the role

Join the Document Lifecycle cluster at Commerzbank Poland as an Operations Engineer. You will support the DocAI+ initiative, ensuring resilient operations for a critical document‑processing pipeline and enabling a paperless banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy the DocAI pipeline using X‑Bank CI/CD and Infrastructure‑as‑Code standards.
• Monitor application availability, performance and processing quality.
• Manage incidents, problems and changes, including root‑cause analysis.
• Document IT issues and define effective work‑arounds.
• Support configuration, testing and release validation for document‑processing workflows.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement of cloud‑operations processes.
• Coordinate deployments, changes and service improvements across development, cloud and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and auditable operational records.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud applications.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Understanding of pipeline architecture.
