Operations and Field Technician – Logistics & Installations

About the role

Aeroseal Europe is seeking an Operations and Field Technician to manage logistics, warehouse, and inventory for its technical centre in Wroclaw and to lead AeroBarrier installations across Europe. The role combines back‑office operational duties with on‑site project delivery, supporting the company’s low‑carbon building mission.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and logistics for machines, parts, sealant, and consumables across Europe.
• Run an organised warehouse, handling receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment and materials.
• Manage inventory levels, reorder stock, track usage, and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and test equipment before deployments to ensure readiness.
• Lead on‑site AeroBarrier installations, operating equipment and handing over completed projects.
• Handle pre‑site client communications and act as the on‑ground point of contact during installations.
• Develop and improve operational processes for logistics, equipment handling, and field delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in warehouse and field activities.
