Network SME – Hybrid (Poland)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Network Subject Matter Expert to lead the design, implementation and delivery of Cisco‑based network solutions across enterprise environments in Poland. The role is hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days per week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end network projects, from planning and design through build, test, cut‑over and handover.
• Provide technical expertise on Cisco Software‑Defined Access (SDA), DNA Center, ISE and Catalyst centre solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, milestones and resource needs.
• Conduct network assessments, produce high‑level and low‑level designs, and create detailed documentation.
• Design physical rack layouts and cabling schemes.
• Manage customer communication, expectations and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, security and SDA fabric issues.
• Produce Visio network diagrams, topology maps and solution documentation.
• Support procurement and vendor coordination for hardware, licenses and services.
• Identify project risks, dependencies and mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in routing, switching, wireless, network security, SD‑Access, DNA Center and ISE.
• Proven experience delivering medium to large‑scale network transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (plan, design, build, test, deploy, handover).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco solutions; preferred certifications include CCNP, CCIE or Cisco SDA Specialist.
• Background in consulting, professional services or customer‑facing delivery roles is highly desirable.
