Mid/Senior Game Designer – Mobile F2P (Hybrid, Wrocław)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Mid/Senior Game Designer to help improve Fishing Clash, our live mobile F2P title. You will work in a hybrid model from our Wrocław office, collaborating with product, development, analytics and live‑ops teams.

Key responsibilities

• Improve and tune gameplay systems to make Fishing Clash more fun, clear and satisfying.
• Enhance the first‑time user experience (FTUE) to boost onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Design live‑game systems that are deep yet easy to understand for players.
• Translate ideas into clear, actionable design specifications for developers, artists, UX designers, analysts and producers.
• Balance progression, rewards, difficulty, pacing and player motivation.
• Use data, player feedback and product goals to identify design opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with developers to understand technical constraints and find practical solutions.
• Utilise tools such as configs, spreadsheets, version control or simple scripts when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Game Designer, preferably on mobile free‑to‑play, live or systems‑heavy games.
• Strong understanding of player motivation, progression, rewards and difficulty.
• Ability to create clear design direction, write detailed specs and work closely with implementation teams.
• Willingness to learn the game, its players and existing systems during the onboarding period.
