Mid/Senior Data Analyst – Python

About the role

Join Ten Square Games' R&D team as a Data Analyst focused on improving the gaming experience. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn complex player data into actionable insights that guide future game development.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate business and product questions into analytical problems.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design, build, and maintain game data pipelines.
• Perform exploratory and statistical analyses in Python, including segmentation, clustering, and modeling when needed.
• Create visualisations and help non‑technical colleagues develop data intuition.
• Define KPIs, set up and analyse A/B tests to optimise player revenue.
• Organise work, mentor junior analysts, and lead regular insight‑sharing meetings.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science or Business Intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with a critical approach to problem‑solving.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Python with analytical libraries.
• SQL (experience with Postgres and Vertica).
• Version control using Git.
