Mid-level Delivery Manager – Special Projects

About the role

SoftSwiss is looking for a proactive Delivery Manager to join its newly created Special Projects Team within the Marketing Development department. You will coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure the efficient delivery of strategic marketing and business projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clarify and structure requirements from marketing business stakeholders.
• Translate business requests into clear tasks for Development, QA and Design teams.
• Collaborate on task decomposition and manage the team’s backlog and roadmap.
• Plan and monitor two‑week sprint cycles, tracking timelines, risks, dependencies and scope changes.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and facilitate status meetings.
• Define acceptance criteria and participate in business validation of delivered results.
• Support process establishment and improvement within the newly formed team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project‑management experience, preferably in IT or web‑development environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Russian proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and manage expectations.
