Manager / Senior Manager – Mergers & Acquisitions

About the role

PwC Poland is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead Mergers & Acquisitions projects across sell‑side and buy‑side transactions. You will work with a top‑ranked team that has completed over 80 major deals worth roughly PLN 35 billion in the last five years.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end M&A project delivery, from strategy formulation to final negotiations.
• Prepare and supervise high‑quality transaction documentation.
• Lead business valuation analyses and manage the analytical team.
• Develop and review sophisticated financial models supporting investment decisions.
• Deliver presentations and negotiate with clients, investors, and executive boards.
• Build long‑term client relationships and identify new transactional opportunities.
• Represent PwC at industry conferences and events.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or transaction advisory in a managerial or senior capacity.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities, capable of translating complex analyses into clear recommendations.
• High level of independence, excellent organization, and ability to manage priorities under pressure.
• Fluent in Polish and English, able to lead high‑level business discussions.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks, analyze information, and generate content.
