Manager, Performance Measurement – Global Invoice to Pay & Master Data

About the role

The Manager, Performance Measurement – Global Invoice to Pay (I2P) and Master Data (MD) leads front‑office analytics, turning performance data into decision‑ready insights for Global Finance Operations. This highly collaborative position influences cross‑functional finance stakeholders and drives KPI governance, dashboard design, and insight delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end KPI governance for I2P and MD, from intake and intent definition to certification and cataloguing.
• Translate stakeholder questions into analytical problem statements and deliver actionable insights embedded in finance operations.
• Lead dashboard UX, narrative, and storytelling, curating a portfolio that standardises, rationalises, and retires low‑value reports.
• Partner with Analytics Infrastructure to define data model needs, KPI logic, and ensure scalable, user‑centered insights.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Invoice to Pay, Accounts Payable, Finance Operations or related finance functions.
• Strong finance and business acumen with deep understanding of I2P and Master Data impacts.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate governance conversations, and drive alignment.

Required skills

• Power BI for UX design, storytelling and decision‑focused dashboard visualization.
• Knowledge of KPI governance processes, including intent definition, certification and reuse standards.
• Working knowledge of data quality, relational modeling and performance optimisation.
