Lead Consultant / Project Manager - Quality Cloud

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a senior Lead Consultant / Project Manager to drive the implementation of its Quality Cloud suite for a key enterprise customer. You will act as the primary liaison, guiding the customer through adoption of best‑practice cloud solutions while leading a high‑energy delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a multi‑year, multi‑phased global implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud, overseeing resource planning, project tracking, and forecasting.
• Manage all customer communications, release management programs, and IT operations for the Quality Cloud suite.
• Develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps based on customer requirements and new product features.
• Mentor junior consultants and project teams, promoting continuous improvement post‑implementation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or product management, with a proven record of leading large‑scale enterprise implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 25‑50% and legal authorization to work in the EU without sponsorship.
• Experience designing and executing effective project governance models for large enterprises.
