About the role

As a Store Supervisor for Levi Strauss & Co. you will be the essential link between our products and customers, supporting and developing a team of Stylists in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in achieving KPIs and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Track performance through reports and keep management informed.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver an exceptional 1‑to‑2‑1 customer experience, ensuring the customer comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience driving KPIs and sales targets in a retail setting.
• Good understanding of store operations such as stock, payroll and scheduling.
