About the role

KONE is looking for a qualified Elevator Maintenance Technician to join its service team in Warsaw. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing passenger elevators in accordance with company policies, service contracts and technical guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all service activities required by service agreements, company policies and KONE processes.
• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs of passenger elevators following technical specifications.
• Diagnose faults, implement corrective actions and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct technical inspections to guarantee proper functioning of equipment.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with customers, providing professional advice and support.
• Collaborate with the service team and other departments to optimise service operations.
• Ensure safety during work and comply with occupational health and safety standards.

Required profile

• UDT Category I certification for close‑transport equipment (passenger elevators).
• SEP certification up to 1 kV.
• Technical education, preferably electrician technician or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently, responsibly and organise workload.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
