Junior Customisation Specialist – Electrical CAD/CAE

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Customisation Specialist to join our Data Factory team in Krakow. The role focuses on creating and maintaining technical and commercial data for CAD/CAE environments, supporting the integration of product information into ETAP’s SEE software.

Key responsibilities

• Enter manufacturers' catalog data following the IGE+XAO standard.
• Develop, configure and maintain CAD/CAE design environments used for electrical installations and automation systems.
• Create electrical symbols and build component libraries, macros, templates and design standards.
• Test and verify the accuracy of data and electrical symbols.
• Export data to IGE+XAO online catalogs.
• Participate in the development of design standards, procedures and technical documentation.
• Analyze project needs and implement improvements to the team’s work environment.

Required profile

• Higher technical education (MSc in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics or related).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Good English for working with technical documentation.
• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Availability for full‑time work.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• CAD/CAE design environment configuration.
