Junior Consultant Project Manager (German speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Consultant Project Manager who is fluent in German to support strategic IT projects and transformations. You will work closely with project managers and Scrum Masters, providing hands‑on assistance across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in business analysis, Scrum Master duties, and PMO activities for complex IT projects.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate tasks, track progress, and update stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Gather and document business requirements and ensure clear communication with development teams.
• Optimize processes using modern tools, including AI, and support continuous improvement of project management practices.

Required profile

• Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics/IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong process, organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication in German and English, with a collaborative team spirit.
• High willingness to learn, work independently and in fast‑paced environments.
• Passion for software, AI technologies and IT transformation.
