IT Manager – People & Agile Leadership

About the role

Alfa Laval’s Global IT Delivery Centre is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop a high‑performing team. The role focuses on people management, agile delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration to support the company’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, recruit and develop a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering agile, customer‑oriented behaviours.
• Ensure SAFe/Agile structures are implemented, remove impediments and continuously improve operational flow.
• Manage stakeholder communication, service delivery, financial and supplier aspects, and total cost of ownership for the domain.
• Drive change initiatives, promote Lean‑Agile leadership values and evolve the GITDC framework and standards.

Required profile

• Proven people‑management and leadership experience with a focus on talent development.
• Strong ability to align cross‑functional stakeholders and deliver results in complex organisational structures.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of the SAFe Agile framework.
• Interest and experience with AI tools that enhance performance and productivity.
• Solid IT background and knowledge of digital experience optimisation.
