IT Customer Support Consultant with German/Dutch/Czech

About the role

We are looking for an IT Customer Support Consultant to provide first‑level support, resolve issues remotely and manage tickets in a multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve errors and malfunctions via remote access.
• Prioritise, classify, and document issues in the ticketing system.
• Forward unresolved tickets to the appropriate support units.
• Manage and monitor tickets within the framework of service level agreements.
• Share knowledge and maintain documentation in the knowledge database.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation and multitasking ability.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, proper phone etiquette and active listening.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk.
• Very good English, very good German, and proficiency in Czech or Dutch.
