Inventory Assistant

About the role

The Inventory Assistant supports the Inventory and Asset Management Team by keeping inventory and asset records accurate in the ERP system. The role involves daily updates, documentation verification, and coordination of asset lifecycle activities such as repairs, scrapping, and ownership changes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory and asset records in the IFS ERP system.
• Process inventory transaction activities and support requests via the Connect portal.
• Verify and keep documentation for asset lifecycle events (scrapping, repairs, transfers).
• Maintain inventory trackers, asset databases, and documentation libraries.
• Prepare routine reports, summaries and data analyses.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals and supporting documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain or administration.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably IFS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams.
