Interior Solutions Consultant – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

We are looking for an Interior Solutions Consultant to act as an Account Executive, driving the full sales cycle for custom window‑treatment solutions. The position is fully remote, but you must be available during U.S. business hours to engage with prospects and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with U.S.-based prospects.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs, design custom window treatments, and recommend solutions.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including CRM pipeline management.
• Provide consultative guidance on design best practices and product options.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post‑sale experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as conversion rate, activity volume, and revenue.

Required profile

• 3+ years of consultative, technical, or high‑ticket sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or decoration is preferred.
• Self‑directed with reliable home office equipment and high‑speed internet.
• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.
