Human Capital Business Partner – Managed Services Operations

About the role

As a Human Capital Business Partner for the Managed Services Operations (MSO) team at PwC Poland, you will act as a strategic advisor to team leaders, helping them navigate day‑to‑day people matters and align HR initiatives with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support and guidance to Team Leaders on daily people‑related issues.
• Coordinate Leadership Development Experience (LDE) processes, including goal setting, performance evaluation, salary review, talent review and budgeting.
• Collaborate with Personnel and Finance Controlling to prepare forecasts, verify budgets and ensure accurate workforce data.
• Advise the business on HR policies and procedures, supporting leaders in their application.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, contract matters and off‑boarding.
• Prepare reports, analyses and presentations for Human Capital projects and the dedicated business unit.
• Conduct HR data analysis on salaries, benefits and employee metrics, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
• Present employee engagement survey results, recommend follow‑up actions and support implementation.
• Support performance management processes, including guidance for leaders and coordination of development plans.
• Participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives, delivering assigned workstreams independently.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or comparable advisory position.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR data and metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Polish language proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, performance management, talent review and compensation processes.
• Experience with workforce planning, budgeting and HR reporting.
• Ability to conduct data‑driven analysis and present findings clearly.
