HR Shared Service Advisor - French Speaker

About the role

The HR Shared Service Advisor provides centralized HR support to employees and managers across Poland, handling inquiries on time off, leave policies, and country‑specific benefits. The role is primarily home‑based with a hybrid work model and occasional visits to an office, especially for candidates located in Warsaw or Wrocław.

Key responsibilities

• Manage benefits administration and a wide range of HR transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Respond to employee and manager queries regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update employee records in the Workday HR information system, guaranteeing data integrity and security.
• Guide users on self‑service tools and HR technology for efficient transaction processing.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to improve service centre processes and standards.
• Identify trends, report issues, and propose enhancements for continuous service improvement.
• Participate in training, development activities, and regional shared‑services engagement initiatives.
• Support internal and external audit activities related to HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an HR service centre, operations, or a comparable role.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle processes.
