Head of Growth – Online Travel Agency (Poland, Remote)

About the role

Own Poland’s full growth engine: P&L, six‑figure budget, channels, and team at a leading online travel agency, while shaping the next 12 months of travel acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full Polish P&L – set revenue targets, booking volume, CAC and monitor channel payback across SEM/PPC, SEO, paid social and partnerships.
• Manage a six‑figure performance‑marketing budget, allocate spend weekly and report ROI by channel to senior leadership.
• Lead a marketing team – define hiring standards, coach performance and still execute campaigns personally.
• Design strategic channel architecture – decide which channels to scale or kill and sequence investment over a 12‑month growth roadmap.
• Monitor competitive positioning in the Polish OTA market, translate market intelligence into acquisition strategy.

Required profile

• Native Polish speaker based in Poland with deep understanding of Polish travel‑decision behaviour.
• 7‑10 years in growth or performance marketing, including 3‑4 years at senior/director level with P&L ownership.
• Direct ownership of a six‑figure‑plus performance‑marketing budget (SEM/PPC, SEO, paid social) with proven CAC, payback period and channel mix results.
• Experience killing or rebuilding an under‑performing acquisition channel at director level, with clear data‑driven decisions and outcomes.
• Track record of building or restructuring a marketing team, setting hiring bars and balancing hands‑on execution with management.
• Delivered a 12‑month growth roadmap, prioritising channels, setting targets and reporting results to founders or board.
