GRC Manager – Technology Governance, Risk & Compliance

About the role

PwC’s Technology GRC & Internal Audit team in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned GRC Manager to lead internal audit and advisory engagements, design enterprise risk management frameworks and guide clients on GRC technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT, operational and compliance audit projects from planning through reporting.
• Design and implement ERM frameworks, including risk identification, assessment, appetite setting and Board‑level reporting.
• Map and optimise business and control processes using BPMN, control matrices and RACI.
• Advise clients on selection, configuration and deployment of GRC tools such as SAP GRC, Workiva and SAP Signavio.
• Develop proposals, lead pitches and contribute to revenue targets.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level executives, audit committees and CROs.
• Manage a team of 2‑6 consultants, overseeing workload planning, mentoring and quality assurance.
• Collaborate across PwC service lines on cross‑selling and multidisciplinary projects.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, GRC advisory or compliance, with at least 2 years in a senior/managerial role.
• Proven experience managing teams of 3‑5 people.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational abilities.
