About the role

The AGGP2027 Graduate Aeronautical Propulsion Specialist programme starts in October 2027 at Airbus’s Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Kraków. It is a two‑year, permanent graduate development journey designed to build expertise in sustainable aircraft propulsion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tomorrow’s sustainable propulsion technologies.
• Enrich technical competence on complex aircraft propulsion products.
• Assist production teams and airlines worldwide in solving technical issues.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with global engine and nacelle manufacturers.
• Complete at least one rotation on a different mission during the programme.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in aeronautical or mechanical engineering.
• Recent graduate or limited professional experience in aeronautics or mechanical engineering.
• Strong technical interest in propulsion and ambition for future technical leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Collaborative mindset, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
