Global Order Operations Analyst – Specialty Accounts

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Global Order Operations Analyst to serve as the single point of contact for strategic accounts. You will manage the end‑to‑end order lifecycle, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure accurate reporting on order status and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for strategic account inquiries and provide consolidated reporting on orders and deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, product queries, returns and discounts.
• Ensure customer‑specific requirements such as bagging, booking and VAS levelling are met in compliance with agreements.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Logistics, Sales and Merchandising Planning to guarantee timely shipments and address supply challenges.
• Maintain accurate customer data and communicate proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee external service provider performance for Order Management and Accounts Receivable, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Drive EDI implementation and support business plan execution for strategic accounts.
• Monitor cash collection, support legal and bad‑debt processes, and assist in dispute resolution and chargebacks.
• Investigate and resolve unclear remittance details and billing discrepancies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B or e‑commerce customer service.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (2–3 years preferred).
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and IF statements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); additional Czech or French is a plus.
