Global Operations Director – CPBC

About the role

Are you a leader with a strong business mindset ready to drive CPBC Global Operations? The role leads over 70 employees and sits on both the local Business Centre Leadership Team and the Global Quality & Regulatory Affairs management team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CPBC Global Operations Leadership team to set and deliver short‑ and long‑term priorities aligned with global objectives.
• Facilitate cross‑functional dialogue, promote knowledge sharing and leverage team diversity.
• Set direction and priorities for teams, ensuring strong execution and follow‑up.
• Develop and improve Product Master Data strategy and ensure seamless data flow.
• Standardize and optimise Global Labelling processes across the organisation.
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain high output quality.
• Align department capabilities with business needs to support future growth.
• Manage resource allocation, foster skill development and introduce innovative practices.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment with internal partners for successful plan implementation.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify and transfer additional processes or areas.

Required profile

• 10+ years leading large teams with proven efficiency and scalability achievements.
• Experience leading global operations processes such as Regulatory Affairs, Master Data or Labelling.
• Business development attitude and ability to learn new business areas.
• Strategic mindset with a record of successful execution.
• University or Business School degree; MBA preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and management skills.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to challenge leaders at all levels and work in an international environment.
• Willingness to relocate if currently outside Szczecin.
