German Localization Games Tester (Freelance) – Warsaw

About the role

Join TransPerfect’s dynamic localization team as a German Localization Games Tester. Working on a freelance basis from Warsaw, you will ensure that German‑language game content meets the highest linguistic and functional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Play‑test video games across multiple platforms to identify localization defects that affect user experience.
• Update text files to correct grammar, spelling, consistency, and mistranslation issues.
• Execute test cases and checklists, perform regression testing, and document findings in the designated bug‑tracking system.
• Write clear bug descriptions following company and client guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Localization Test Lead and other team members via shared communication channels.
• Complete any additional tasks assigned within the project scope.

Required profile

• Excellent spelling and grammar in German.
• Strong command of English for reading instructions and communicating with the team.
• High attention to detail, a proactive “can‑do” attitude, and solid work ethics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
