Fullstack Developer – TypeScript / React / Node.js

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our product team. You will work daily in TypeScript across the whole stack – React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/Nest.js on the backend – building well‑designed, user‑centered products. Experience with AI coding tools is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Become part of the #BoldareTeam, a community of open‑minded product builders sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Develop complex products end‑to‑end, proposing outcomes rather than merely implementing tickets.
• Influence product and tech‑stack decisions, with full ownership of technical choices.
• Practice Agile, Scrum, and lean‑startup principles for iterative product delivery.
• Maintain transparency and feedback by accessing knowledge bases, project data, metrics, and even financial data.
• Collaborate directly with clients as partners, avoiding proxy communication.
• Participate in regular face‑to‑face meetings with clients and the team, both onsite and remotely.

Required profile

• 2+ years of commercial experience building web applications in TypeScript.
• Commercial experience with React (Next.js a plus) and Node.js (Nest.js a plus).
• Fluency in Polish (B2+) and English (B2+).
• Experience with, or genuine curiosity about, AI coding tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
