Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer to be at the forefront of driving our mission to enhance blockchain interoperability and unlock the full potential of cross-chain decentralized applications. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust and scalable web applications that push the boundaries of web3 technologies together with our team.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and design core product features from start to finish, covering conception, research, implementation, iteration, deployment, maintenance, and future enhancements.
• Help architect and build performant backend systems that serve our core marketplace features.
• Think holistically about system integration, from user experience to underlying APIs and data models.
• Mentor and train team members on best practices and tackling large ambiguous problems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize, scope, and architect new features.
• Prioritize projects and tasks based on impact, balancing rapid development with long‑term stability.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of web technologies and large‑scale web application architectures.
• Familiarity with current front‑end architecture trends, performance, security, and usability best practices.
• 3+ years of industry experience building scalable production UIs and APIs using a stack such as React, Typescript, AWS, and Elasticsearch.
• Strong customer empathy, considering how features impact the community, users, and business.
• Ability to cooperate with a distributed team in a remote environment.
• Enjoy working across engineering and design to build user‑friendly applications.
• Interest in the blockchain space.
