FP&A Analyst – Poland

About the role

Customs Support Group (CSG) is the European market leader in customs services, operating across 15 countries. The FP&A Analyst will be based in Poland, reporting to the FP&A Manager in Rotterdam, and will support the Group Finance team in driving strategic initiatives and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting and monthly forecast process and develop long‑term financial models for strategic decision‑making.
• Analyse financial reports, cost structures and key business drivers, providing data‑driven insights to support commercial strategies.
• Conduct scenario analyses, risk assessments and variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Drive margin improvement initiatives, participate in cost‑reduction and EBITDA improvement projects, and identify procurement cost‑optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in finance, consulting or business intelligence within a multinational environment.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Highly analytical, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience using business intelligence tools, especially Power BI.
• Knowledge of planning software and data‑analysis platforms.
