Forward Deployed Engineer (Polish)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers in Warsaw, Poland. Experienced technical builders design, build and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments, working in a delivery team with a Deployment Strategist. Engagements range from a single large strategic customer to several accounts at once, covering configuration, customisation and full-stack deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls and integration with customer systems using the Agentic AI platform and current LLM techniques.
• Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice to deployed, validated and observable solutions in production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and customer data platforms; model data and validate output.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
• Contribute to proofs-of-concept and MVPs, and co-build with customers and partners.
• Share field insights with senior engineers and the product team, and partner with the Deployment Strategist to turn customer challenges into shippable solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development or with frontier models.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services or forward deployed engineering) is required.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Willing to travel about 25% of the time alongside customers.

Required skills

• Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java or Apex.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, APIs and integration patterns.
• Nice to have: Salesforce platform experience or certifications, familiarity with LangChain and LlamaIndex, and hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks and BigQuery.
