About the role
Join Stryker's Discover Finance internship program in Warsaw, working within the Record-to-Report (RTR) team. This hybrid role offers hands‑on experience in financial closing, journal entries, and balance‑sheet reconciliation while you apply classroom knowledge in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in monthly closing processes, including journal entry posting.
- Prepare backup documentation for postings.
- Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts as assigned by management.
- Support team members in developing and improving existing accounting processes.
- Assist the Financial/Senior Accountant in daily activities.
Required profile
- Finance, Accounting, Economics or related major, currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Commitment to a 6‑month, flexible program with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Fluent in English and legally eligible to work in Poland.
