Finance Manager

About the role

Addepto is seeking a Finance Manager for its Polish operations. The role will oversee accounting, reporting and compliance, while turning financial data into insights that support business decisions across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial reporting and compliance for the Polish entity, ensuring accuracy and alignment with KMS Technology group standards.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis in collaboration with FP&A and Group Finance teams.
• Act as a finance business partner for management, explaining results and aiding decision‑making.
• Monitor key KPIs such as revenue growth, margins, utilisation and cost structure.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to maintain healthy financial operations.
• Drive integration and improvement of financial systems, processes, automation and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external accounting providers and KMS headquarters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting/controlling experience, preferably in multinational or PE‑backed environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of Polish GAAP, tax and statutory reporting, with exposure to US GAAP a plus.
• Proven ability to manage audits, local filings and complex reconciliations.
• Strong English communication skills and fluency in Polish.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and analysis.
• ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
