Finance Intercompany Internship

About the role

Join Stryker as a Discover Finance Intern and apply your classroom knowledge in a fast‑paced, growing industry. You will support monthly closing processes and help improve accounting procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closing processes, including invoice processing and journal entry preparation.
• Clear netting items and reconcile balance‑sheet accounts as assigned by management.
• Provide support to teams to develop and improve existing accounting processes.

Required profile

• Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors, currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree, committed to a 6‑month program (minimum 20 hours/week).
• Fluent in English and eligible to work legally in Poland.
