Finance Discover Internship, Invoice to Cash

About the role

Join Stryker’s Finance Discover Internship program focused on the Invoice to Cash process. This hybrid role offers students the chance to apply classroom knowledge in a fast‑paced, growing industry while gaining hands‑on experience in cash collection and customer account management.

Key responsibilities

• Support the cash collection process.
• Monitor and manage the customer portfolio.
• Perform customer account reconciliation.
• Provide support to teams to develop and improve existing processes.

Required profile

• Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors, currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Students in their final year of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Commitment to a minimum 3‑month program, at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work legally in Poland.
