Finance Discover Internship – I2P

About the role

This 3‑month Finance Discover internship at Stryker in Warsaw offers students the chance to apply classroom knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative environment while working on real accounting tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closing processes, including journal entry preparation.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts as assigned by management.
• Support teams in developing and improving existing accounting processes.

Required profile

• Finance, Accounting, Economics or related major, currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Available for a minimum 3‑month commitment, at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and legally eligible to work in Poland.

Required skills

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Ability to prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
