Finance Accounting and Reporting Specialist (TPA Team)

About the role

The Finance Accounting and Reporting Specialist will join Zurich's ZNA Third Party Administrators (TPA) team in Krakow, supporting US‑based TPA partners and local stakeholders. You will ensure accurate processing of funding requests, invoices and reconciliations while contributing to regional and global finance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process electronic or over‑deductible funding requests, prefunds, service fee and centre invoices.
• Manage check request payments across business lines and perform FAST system reconciliations.
• Execute balance‑sheet account reconciliations in Blackline, adhering to Zurich Group policies.
• Support the Team Manager and act as a trusted point of contact for US stakeholders.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects and handle TPD (Third Party Deductible) issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
• Fluent English (C1) – spoken and written.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
• Experience with SAP (preferred financial system).
• Familiarity with Blackline for account reconciliations.
• Knowledge of FAST system reconciliation processes.
