Enterprise Sales Director – French Speaking, Europe (Poland)

About the role

Silent Eight is expanding its European footprint and seeks an Enterprise Sales Director to lead go‑to‑market efforts for Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions across Europe. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to deal closure, travelling extensively to build relationships with banks in the UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux and Southern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Drive multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year contracts through complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Chief Risk Officers and Chief Compliance Officers, aligning AI capabilities with regulatory and risk priorities.
• Generate and close pipeline with ~70% travel across European markets.
• Collaborate with product and executive leadership to shape winning proposals.
• Work with global teams in Asia and the US on accounts that have a European presence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 3+ years closing complex software or high‑stakes business solutions.
• Proven track record selling into regulated financial institutions across multiple European markets.
• Fluent in English and French, based in Poland and comfortable with extensive travel.
• Domain knowledge in AML, FinCrime, or RegTech is a plus.
