Engagement Manager, AI Implementations

About the role

As an Engagement Manager within Tether Data’s Technology Distribution team, you will lead the delivery of AI‑driven initiatives powered by QVAC, Tether’s SDK for local AI and delegated inference. You will coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder deployments of decentralized AI solutions for enterprise, government and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate end‑to‑end implementation of AI use cases, from edge AI deployments to privacy‑preserving inference systems.
• Align client objectives with product capabilities and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and successful onboarding.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight during deployment, testing, and post‑implementation support.
• Document project outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of AI implementation processes.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder technology projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise, government or institutional environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
