Employee Relations Analyst - French Speaker

About the role

As an Employee Relations Analyst you will partner with HR Business Partners, people leaders, and employees across EMEA to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters. You will lead investigations, support performance management, ensure compliance with employment laws, and help shape policies that foster a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and manage employee relations issues, including complaints, harassment, and civil‑rights allegations.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and present findings.
• Develop, implement, and communicate policies that promote a respectful workplace.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on handling employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal department on employment‑law issues.
• Deliver training and workshops on employee relations topics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Analyst or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
