EMEA Material Planner – Supply Chain

About the role

As an EMEA Material Planner you will ensure continuous production across the EMEA manufacturing network, balancing service levels, cost, and working capital. You will work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and suppliers to keep material flow smooth and mitigate supply risks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead material supply planning and execution for the EMEA region.
• Identify and resolve critical material shortages, driving corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Develop inventory planning and replenishment strategies aligned with service and cost objectives.
• Analyze demand, supplier capacity and operational constraints to optimise availability.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve end‑to‑end supply‑chain efficiency.
• Communicate risks, mitigation plans and business impacts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Experience in an independent supply‑chain role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to work with suppliers and international teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
• Results‑driven mindset with quick decision‑making capability.
