About the role
Alcon is seeking an EFA Reporting Manager to own the global Equipment Financing Arrangements (EFA) reporting process. The role ensures accurate, timely financial analysis and supports senior management with data‑driven decisions while meeting external reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Generate consolidated KPI reports, communicate findings and follow‑up with stakeholders.
- Attend regional EFA committee meetings, capture minutes and ensure financial risks are addressed.
- Share best practices and conduct trainings on EFA management across countries.
- Act as subject‑matter expert, collaborating with affiliate FRA and BPA teams for accurate reporting.
- Lead the annual BCCR process and review outputs with C&R, technical accounting and CAO.
- Develop deep knowledge of EFA accounting rules and SAP transactional processes.
- Maintain C&R compliance, review affiliate reporting, and coordinate with internal audit.
- Draft EFA slides for monthly and quarterly closing decks and work with master data, R2R GPO and FCRS/APMR teams.
Required profile
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Fluency in English.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting or public accounting.
Required skills
- SAP (transactional EFA accounting).
