EDM Specialist – HR Employee Data Management

About the role

Air Liquide is seeking an Employee EDM/Senior EDM Specialist with German language skills to join its HR BSC Europe team in Krakow. You will be the main point of contact for employee HR inquiries and will manage employee data in Workday.

Key responsibilities

• Handle HR inquiries via ticketing tool, Live Chat, and phone, resolving issues independently.
• Guide junior team members and collaborate with subject‑matter experts to address complex cases.
• Maintain and manipulate employee data in Workday, including mass data uploads and leave balance updates.
• Generate service performance reports and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in HR service delivery or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Workday HR information system.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mass data upload techniques.
