About the role

Join Stryker’s Discover Internship Program in Warsaw and apply your finance knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. You will work on real‑world projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders and develop skills that prepare you for a career in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support finance functions such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, Record to Report, Process Excellence and Procurement.
• Apply classroom concepts to real business challenges, propose innovative ideas and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Finance, Accounting, Economics or related majors in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s).
• Fluent in English, eligible to work in Poland, and able to commit at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
