DevOps Engineer

About the role

Boldare is looking for a mid‑level DevOps Engineer to join its interdisciplinary team and help build well‑designed, user‑centered applications.

Key responsibilities

• Research and test new software, ensuring security and reliability.
• Design, configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using tools such as GitLab, Terraform, ArgoCD and Kubernetes.
• Support customers by maintaining product infrastructure and performing product analytics and audits.
• Collaborate directly with clients, participate in on‑site meetings and occasional business trips.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps security best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (OKE or GKE) and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with GitLab CI/CD, Git, Terraform, ArgoCD and GitOps.
• Practical experience with PostgreSQL and Linux systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Loki, Grafana) and infrastructure tools (Ansible, NGINX ingress controller).
• English at B2+ level and comfort working directly with clients.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on‑site meetings.
