Design Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Design Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for custom window‑treatment solutions. The role is fully remote but requires availability during U.S. business hours. You will work with qualified leads, understand client needs, and deliver design‑focused recommendations that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with U.S. prospects.
• Conduct virtual consultations to assess needs and design custom window treatments.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, including CRM pipeline management.
• Provide consultative guidance on design best practices and product options.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post‑sale experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as conversion rate, activity volume, and revenue.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consultative, technical or high‑ticket sales experience (B2B or B2C).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or decoration preferred.
• Reliable home‑office setup with computer, webcam, headset and high‑speed internet.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours.

Required skills
