Deployment Strategist – Polish Speaking

About the role

Salesforce is looking for Deployment Strategists who act as customer‑facing advisors, defining AI strategy, shaping agentic solutions and driving measurable adoption for enterprise customers. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into AI deployments that deliver real value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end customer engagements across the full value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume).
• Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy, run design workshops and architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s AI platform, Data Cloud and enterprise systems.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting.
• Own adoption, consumption and expansion metrics, identifying blockers early and driving value realization.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and keep the team on track.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory or delivery leadership for enterprise cloud/SaaS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Customer‑facing delivery experience in consulting or professional services.
• Business‑level proficiency in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Agentic AI and Data Cloud.
• Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, Java or Apex.
• Experience designing AI/LLM solutions, conversation design and responsible AI practices.
• Project and programme management skills to run multiple workstreams.
