Data Solutions Senior Specialist

About the role

The Group Technology Capability Building Team at Zurich is seeking a Data Solutions Senior Specialist to support learning and development operations. You will manage training platforms, handle learner administration, and deliver high‑quality reporting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor learning‑related licenses, subscriptions and digital credentials (e.g., Coursera, O'Reilly, Credly), including access provisioning and usage tracking.
• Administer learner processes such as enrollments, completions, training records and respond to user queries.
• Support the delivery and maintenance of reporting solutions and dashboards using Power BI.
• Maintain data reporting processes, including extraction, validation and analysis.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Document processes, uphold operational standards and contribute to continuous improvement of capability‑building operations.

Required profile

• Fluent English.
• 2‑3 years of experience in learning and development operations.
• Experience with data reporting and analytics.
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience with agile ways of working or a mindset for fast‑paced environments.
• Solid O365 skills.
