Customer Service Representative

About the role

Arrow Global Components (part of Arrow Electronics), a distributor of electronic components, is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Gdańsk. The role manages the end-to-end customer experience and the order-to-invoice process, working closely with Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain. It follows standard business hours, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid model of 3 days per week in the office; the first three months are office-based.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-invoice process and maintain order accuracy
• Communicate with customers and suppliers by email and phone
• Provide after-sales support to business customers
• Monitor and handle backlog alerts and requested backlog changes
• Support customer reserved inventory management
• Work with Sales, Assets and Logistics teams to drive on-time delivery
• Build customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Contribute to process efficiency and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or a similar customer-facing role
• English at B2/C1 level, written and spoken
• Organized, customer-focused and able to communicate in an international environment
• Resilient, able to handle difficult conversations and escalations calmly
• Nice to have: Polish, international business experience and ERP experience (Oracle, SAP)

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail
